We Shield-it-BD teammates are the believers of global citizenship in reality though we shield the initiative to uplift Bangladesh as the laboratory of global peace. Being responsible to our residing globe & humanity, we form a group to support initiatives which may contribute to the healing of our decaying mankind. We wish to explore knowledge working with partners throughout the world on innovative initiatives that align with our vision. We believe there are many with the similar intention. We believe in shielding knowledge to wisdom, skills to professionalism, dreams to actionable plans, and actions to accountability.
Though our initial team is technology focused, we have a number of initiatives to work with general people & other professionals. Our team has a wide variety of skilled & experienced technology professionals intended to acquire the power to change.
Shield it BD has the mission to support tech enabled business & social initiatives from genesis to closure, in order to ensure our partner’s success with our cross functionally skilled contributors.We have a cross functional team of diverse areas of expertise, mostly tech focused & many with business skills. We call the project initiators as partners and they are welcome to initiate projects with budget & scopes. Our team's product owners pick projects verifying budget & scope. Here, many projects might not have a budget. From the team, who are interested in the project or product idea may work on them. That is how this will be an ecosystem of successful initiatives. We aim for the largest professional community helping each other to make the common interest ideas to successful business or social changing initiatives.
